In May, we offer a five week long class series (click here for registration). Classes run once a week either on Wednesday or Thursday. This early season introduction to the farm will give students a chance to explore the beginnings of the market garden. Spring is an important time to lay the ground work for a productive season! With work in the greenhouse and in the field, students will learn about seeding, caring for young plants, transplanting and direct sowing. We’ll explore our soil and the garden as they come alive.
